Think not that I am come to send Peace

Think not that I am come to send peace are the words Jesus gave to us all.

Think not that I am come to send peace on earth: I came not to send peace, but a sword.

Matthew 10:35-36: For I am come to set a man at variance against his father, and the daughter against her mother, and the daughter in law against her mother in law. And a man's foes shall be they of his own household.

Luke 12:51-52: Suppose ye that I am come to give peace on earth? I tell you, Nay; but rather division: For from henceforth there shall be five in one house divided, three against two, and two against three.

Hear these words and write them on your heart the Lord would say. You have never understood why I came from heaven to earth.

I came so that men would have no cloak for their sin and when you are in me and walk in me and speak of the things of me men will surely rise up against you as they did me.

Like me and all others who have followed me they will surely persecute you, and in some places you will be put to death.

Men doing this will think they are doing my work when in fact they are doing the work of their Father, the father of lies, the fallen one.

Even those in your own household will turn against you and force you from your place of living. They will curse you, spit on you, speak vile things against you and tell you they hate you.

It is not you they do these things against but me in you. These ones have rejected me and my word, the sword of the spirit, the truth and will do anything to cloak their sins.

They love the darkness and their Father and will not turn unto me, the life, the truth and the way.

Yes it will sadden you and break your heart, but if you come to me and wait upon me I will carry that burden for you. Rend your heart and not garments and see how my hand moves in these places.

Watch and see how I command my army in heaven and loose my angels into the fray when you speak these things before my throne.

Men cry peace and goodwill to all men but that is false for it shall not happen until the day that all men bow their knees and know I am the I am.

I am the one who came to save the earth not condemn it. The one they rejected and is now the chief cornerstone.

I gave you my peace John 14:27: Peace I leave with you, my peace I give unto you: not as the world giveth, give I unto you. Let not your heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid.

I gave you my peace not the world, walk in it and let not your heart be troubled for I am with you to the end of the ages.
