The Mercy Seat

Are you living where life and hope is not there?

Are you living in that place where hope is just an illusion?

Can you find nowhere where healing will come to your wounded spirit?

Are you running on empty and just going about life with no real reason?

Do all your dreams turn against you and go nowhere?

Do you know there is a Mercy Seat?

I was in that place calls the traveller to the lost out there. I did not know there was place where healing would come to my wounded soul.

I was living a life of lies apart from the one whose blood had flowed freely just for me and you.

He called me three times before I clearly saw the light and heard his voice and then I ran unto the mercy seat called Jesus the Nazarene.

He told me he had come for me and all those out there who are lost, hurt and broken and chained by the things of this world.

He told me I am your hope, I am your life, I am your truth and I am the way. Come into my presence He spoke unto me.

My blood has paid the price and my grace is sufficient for you, come, come unto me and follow me he cried out to me.

Come out of the darkness and into the light, come into the holy place where I am calling you and all others that will listen to me are the words that came out of that Holy place.

My name is Jesus, Lord of Lords, King of Kings and bringer of the good news to all and at my mercy seat you will find those things that you seek.
