I Stand In the Presence

I stand in the presence of Jesus my Lord this day filled with awe, wonder and humility. I am overwhelmed by his majesty because he shines brighter than the sun.

He beckons me to come to closer and I am overcome by his loving touch. He tells me if I walk close with him I will become more like him as I walk through this earth.

Go he tells me and speak those words that are being put into your mouth and make disciples of all men and nations.

My heart breaks as He tells me of the many perishing in this earth because they have no one to take the word of truth to them and I fall to my knees.

He shows me the history of this world and how one man who did what he commanded changed the lives of many others.

He tells me he loves me so much and I know this to be true by the price he paid for me. I know beyond doubt that this price was also paid for all those now seeking and waiting to hear his words of truth.

My touch will heal all diseases and my truth will set them free but someone like you has to go and speak and reach out to these ones who now stand in the darkness.

So utterly overcome by his majesty and filled to overflowing with his love and all that it means and does I resolve to go forth and do as he commands of me.

As I take my leave of His throne room I turn and look and see so many others waiting on Him I hear Him say, some of these will pray for you, some will give you those necessities that you will need on your journey and some will walk with you for a short time.

Go my son, go in my name and you shall surely see my glory, signs and wonders follow you wherever I send you.
