My Journey with the Holy Spirit

My journey with the Holy Spirit started many years ago now and it has been a very beneficial and interesting journey for both myself and our Father who art in heaven.

Man's church steers clear of any teaching of the holy spirit and yet the holy spirit was sent to teach us in all things and bring to our remembrance of what the Lord has taught us.

John 14:26: But the Comforter, which is the Holy Ghost, whom the Father will send in my name, he shall teach you all things, and bring all things to your remembrance, whatsoever I have said unto you.

The Holy Spirit was also given the role of teacher to us as this scripture clearly states.

Luke 12:12: For the Holy Ghost shall teach you in the same hour what ye ought to say.

Yet many in the Kingdom of God are not acquainted with the Holy Spirit and the work that he was sent to do on this earth until our Lord Jesus returns.

Personally I could not of come this far without the Holy Spirit and he has shown me many things in Christ Jesus.

It is very clear in scripture that he is our teacher, the spirit of truth and when we are born again he abides in us.

1 John 2:27: But the anointing which ye have received of him abideth in you, and ye need not that any man teach you: but as the same anointing teacheth you of all things, and is truth, and is no lie, and even as it hath taught you, ye shall abide in him.

He has also warned me many times not to go to a certain place and when I have disobeyed I have suffered the consequences. So another role to us here on earth the holy spirit is tasked to do is be our guide.

John 16:13: Howbeit when he, the Spirit of truth, is come, he will guide you into all truth: for he shall not speak of himself; but whatsoever he shall hear, that shall he speak: and he will shew you things to come.

How he lead, taught and spoke with me bringing me into remembrance of all the things our Lord Jesus had done and spoken.

Holy Spirit baptism is what we all need and then to be continually be filled in and of him, the Lord Jesus Christ and only then will we know the truth that he wants us to see and understand.

When we know and understand then we will walk where he wants us to walk, speak what he wants us to speak and do what he wants us to do, all to build his kingdom upon this earth and all for his glory and honour.

Be encouraged my brothers and sisters in Christ for surely our Lord and Father of all is surely coming to fulfil all that he has written.
